Not really. In my school, bullying is a rare thing. 

to my mind, bullying is a kind of bad thing to do since it can make the victim lost his/her confident, not onli that it can cause somebody to be depression. and it will be hard to heal. the effect of bullying will always be in somebody's mind till they die.
